Often, family members refuse to support their careers, education, or relationships due to societal stigma. Some even face physical and psychological abuse at home. This lack of support continues in social settings, where discrimination often occurs during public and private events. Raising public awareness and enforcing strong anti-discrimination laws can improve family support and social inclusion.
