The acceptance threshold is the mechanism that evaluates the net vote on a proposed change to the node. The acceptance threshold works to prevent the most helpful content from being deleted while the least helpful content can easily be revised or removed.

If the net votes on a node has more downvotes than the upvotes, 1Cademy automatically deletes that node from the map.

If a user finds a node/proposal that is invalid, incomplete, incorrectly organized, or unhelpful on 1Cademy and they are not able to make improvements, they can downvote it. To downvote, click the X button in the node footer or on the pending proposals sidebar.

Users can upvote any node/proposal on 1Cademy if they find the information useful and/or accurate. To upvote, click the checkmark button either on the node footer or on the pending proposals sidebar. The more upvotes a node/proposal has, the more helpful it is to the community.
