• The Tresses (زلف): Represent the captivating, plundering, and potentially destructive force of divine majesty. The tresses act as a noose that ensnares thousands of destitute lovers, symbolizing how the divine beauty both attracts and overwhelms the seekers.

This duality illustrates the classical Sufi paradox where the Beloved is both the ultimate source of life and a trial that demands the total surrender of the lover's self.
