Three-Tier Repair Options for Electrical Work

When you estimate a repair, give the customer two or three ranked choices instead of one fixed price. Use a simple structure: Option A handles only the immediate problem, Option B fixes the immediate problem and the cause behind it, and Option C adds a broader upgrade that helps prevent future trouble. For every choice, briefly state what is included, what it costs, and what the customer can expect afterward. End with a clear personal recommendation, such as, "If this were my house, I'd choose Option B because it solves the root issue without overspending." Offering clear choices helps customers feel informed and often leads to higher-value jobs.
