Underweight (BMI < 18.5)

An individual is classified as underweight if their Body Mass Index (BMI) is less than 18.5. For example, on a standard BMI chart, this category can range from a person who is 4'11" and weighs 90 pounds to someone who is 6'6" and weighs up to approximately 160 pounds.
