There are two ways to determine which findings have the most importance:

• Severity: The meeting leader reads each finding and the attendees vote by a show of hands if it is a high, medium, or low priority, and the rating with the most votes is assigned to that sticky note

• Points: Each person gets a limited number of important points (usually 3). They can assign the points to the items they think need to be addressed. If they think the note is extra important, they can assign multiple points to one.
