Vipassana: Truth of mind and happiness

Use meditation to look within oneself's heart, and to observe oneself's mind, emotion, and experience (like mindfulness), to have a deeper understanding about the truth of someone's mental structure and inner tension. Then the participants can learn to dissolve these tension and miserable(de-conditioning), and be the master of themselves by chasing the true happiness.
