Voting on 1Cademy

The acceptance threshold determines whether a proposal on a node is implemented immediately or held in the pending proposals list, based on that node's own net vote (upvotes minus downvotes). If the node's net vote is $$\leq 2$$, any proposal on it is approved and implemented immediately. If the node's net vote is higher, a proposal on it stays pending until the proposal itself receives a net vote of at least half of the node's net vote. This makes it easy to revise less-established, low-vote content while requiring broader consensus to change popular, well-vetted content.

Enables creation, evaluation, and improvement of nodes and prerequisite links on the 1Cademy shared knowledge graph.

It also supports peer review and reputation building through proposing nodes, editing nodes, and voting on node proposals.
