Clonazepam and Melatonin in RBD Treatment
For rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (RBD), clonazepam is the medication most often used. Clonazepam is an anti-anxiety drug with sedative properties, and it may be administered by itself or together with melatonin, the hormone secreted by the pineal gland.
