Consumption Behavior with No Intrinsic Impatience

An individual who does not have any intrinsic impatience would aim to perfectly smooth their consumption across different time periods. Using Marco's situation as an example, such an individual would choose to save exactly half of their $100 endowment. This would result in equal consumption levels of $50 in the present and $50 in the future.
