Criteria for a Defensible Recommendation Under Uncertainty
A defensible recommendation in the service-desk evaluation must identify a preferred feasible course of action, explain an associated tradeoff, explicitly recognize the presence of uncertainty, and specify an upcoming verification check. Because empirical effects have not been measured, more than one conditional recommendation may be considered defensible.
