Critiquing Experimental Evidence on Entrepreneurship

An experiment was conducted where a group of entrepreneurs with promising business plans were randomly selected, and some were given a large cash grant. The recipients of the grant significantly increased their investment in capital and labor for their businesses. Researchers concluded this was strong evidence that the entrepreneurs were previously credit-constrained (i.e., they had profitable investment opportunities but lacked the funds). Critically evaluate this conclusion. In your answer, discuss at least one strength of the experimental design that supports the conclusion and one potential limitation or alternative explanation for the observed outcome.
