Economically Inactive Population

The economically inactive population includes all individuals of working age who are neither employed nor actively seeking paid work. This classification applies to people who are not part of the labour force for various reasons, such as being students who are not working, parents staying home to raise children, or individuals unable to work due to sickness or disability.
