DeLone and McLean’s Information System Success Model (DL&ML Model)

The DL&ML model (2003) is a broad assessment of the extent to which information system succeed. It involves a combination of six components, of which three are the most crucial: service quality, system quality, and information quality. It looks into how these factors affect user satisfaction and their intention to use the technology.
