Designing a Dominant Production Technology

A firm is evaluating production technologies, where each is defined by its required inputs of labor (number of workers) and energy (tons of coal). A technology is considered 'dominated' if another available technology can produce the same output using less of at least one input without using more of any other input. The firm is currently considering Technology E, which requires 10 workers and 1 ton of coal.

Propose the input coordinates (workers, coal) for a new, hypothetical Technology F that would dominate Technology E. Then, briefly explain why your proposed Technology F meets the criteria to dominate Technology E.
