Evaluating Production Efficiency

A manufacturing firm is evaluating four different production techniques to create a batch of 1,000 units. Each technique uses a different combination of labor (number of workers) and capital (machine hours).

Analyze Technique Delta. Based on the principle that a technique is 'dominated' if another available option uses less of at least one input without using more of any other input, is Technique Delta a dominated or non-dominated choice? Justify your answer by explaining the trade-offs involved when comparing it to the other available techniques.
