Diminishing Marginal Utility of Wages (MU) in the Browneville Model

In the Browneville model, the additional utility from a one-dollar increase in wages is called the marginal utility of wages, denoted as MU. Citizens experience diminishing marginal utility from wages, meaning the value of MU is high when the current wage is low, but this extra utility decreases as the wage level rises.
