Divisible by a Number

When a number mm equals a multiple of nn, we say that mm is divisible by nn. This implies that dividing mm by nn results in a counting number, leaving no remainder. As an illustration, 1515 is divisible by 33 because their quotient is the counting number 55 (15÷3=515 \div 3 = 5). Similarly, this confirms that 1515 is a multiple of 33 (15=5315 = 5 \cdot 3).
