Evaluating a Conclusion from a Best-Fit Line

A city planner creates a scatterplot to analyze the relationship between the number of public parks in various neighborhoods (horizontal axis) and the average property value in those same neighborhoods (vertical axis). The data shows a strong positive association, and a best-fit line with a steep upward slope is calculated.
