Evaluating a Consultant's Recommendation

A business consultant is advising two partners, Sam and Pat, on which of two potential projects to accept. The consultant must base their recommendation solely on the principle that one outcome is superior to another only if it results in a better situation for at least one partner without making the other partner's situation worse. Given the projected profits for each partner from the two projects, evaluate the consultant's final recommendation.
