Pros of the Microsoft Desirability Toolkit

- These techniques are quick and limited. The methods trade rigor for rich responses.
- They result in qualitative rather than quantitative data, so we cannot look for statistical significance in the results of these tools
- The results cannot be generalized. These techniques are not designed for making broad statements about all potential users of the product.
