Explaining Constant Labor Productivity

A specific production process has two key features: 1) Inputs must be combined in a precise, unchangeable ratio to produce anything (for example, exactly one shovel per worker). 2) If all inputs are increased by a certain percentage, total output increases by that exact same percentage. Based on these two features, analyze and explain why the average amount of output produced per worker remains the same, regardless of whether the firm employs 10 workers or 10,000 workers.
