Explaining Suboptimal Choice

An individual is currently at a point where their personal willingness to give up consumption for an extra hour of free time is greater than the actual amount of consumption they must forgo (their hourly wage). Explain why this individual is not at their optimal point of satisfaction and what change in their allocation of time would make them better off.
