Mobilizing Structures are online mechanisms that are used to support the social movement. Enables participation, coordination of work, and leadership roles.

   - How individuals contribute to the movement
   - Watchdog activity
   - Reporting 
3. Organizational Issues
   - Leadership: Whose in charge
          - who creates tasks
   - Anonymity
