Frederick Taylor

Frederick Winslow Taylor was an American engineer who became a central figure in the development of human factors psychology. According to the cover of his book, he held degrees as a Master of Engineering (M.E.) and a Doctor of Science (Sc.D.) and served as a past president of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. His work focused on redesigning the workplace to improve efficiency for the mutual benefit of companies and their workers.
