Frederick Taylor's Contribution to Human Factors Psychology

As an engineer, Frederick Taylor significantly influenced human factors psychology with his theory that redesigning the workplace could boost both company output and worker wages. He detailed this approach in his 1911 book, The Principles of Scientific Management, which explored management theories, personnel selection, employee training, and the analysis of work itself through time and motion studies.
