Inclusion criteria in Brazilian study focusing on clinical effects of MDMA in PTSD

Inclusion criteria: patients with PTSD prevalence after 6 months, with a minimum of 18 years of age. Individuals with at least one previous treatment failure, are willing to abstain from psychiatric medications and any illicit drugs. As well as a 24-hour abstinence prior to the MDMA-AP sessions; nicotine and caffeine abstinence prior to MDMA administration, negative pregnancy tests, and a willingness to comply with continuous contraceptive use.
