Interpreting a Profit Function Graph

A company's total profit at different levels of output can be represented by a curve that first rises to a peak and then falls. Consider two points on this curve: Point A, where the company achieves its highest possible profit, and Point B, located on the downward-sloping part of the curve where the company's profit is exactly zero. Compare the business outcomes of producing at the quantity level of Point A versus the quantity level of Point B.
