Interpreting Composite Governance Index Results

A composite index is created to measure governance quality for 167 countries. The process involves calculating an average score from six different governance rankings for each country (where a lower average score indicates better governance) and then converting this average score into a percentile rank (from 0 to 100, where a higher percentile indicates better governance relative to the other countries).
