Group Therapy

The person leading the therapy session must adhere to confidentiality laws, safeguarding patients' private medical information and diagnoses. However, unlike the leader, other members of the group are not legally obligated to maintain confidentiality, and they can freely share information from the sessions without facing legal repercussions.
