Issue of Concern in Group Therapy: Conflict
In group therapy sessions, conflict is a normal and predictable occurrence. While some conflicts might not be readily apparent to the group members, it falls upon the therapist to highlight these hidden disagreements. The therapist isn't obligated to resolve the conflict outright, but they should carefully decide how to address it, considering the group's best interests. Addressing the conflict could be beneficial, as it presents a chance for the group to gain insights and learn from the situation.
