This concept explores Jami's depiction of the third and highest class of those who seek seclusion (uzlat) as presented in Section 115 of Subhat al-Abrar (within the Haft Awrang). Unlike those who seek solitude to escape societal harm or to protect others, this elite class is motivated solely by the desire to prefer divine companionship over all worldly existence. The seeker empties their heart of all creation, breaks free from worldly desires and limitations, and surrenders themselves entirely to the Truth (al-Haqq). This state of seclusion culminates in complete self-effacement (fana), where the individual ego is dissolved, and the seeker achieves constant, intimate communion with the Divine, leaving no room for anyone else.
