Justifying an Improved Production Plan

Imagine a self-sufficient individual who can produce a good or enjoy free time. Their production possibilities are represented by a 'feasible frontier' on a graph, and their preferences are shown by a set of 'indifference curves'. The individual is currently at an allocation 'N', which is on the feasible frontier. They are considering other possible allocations that are also on the feasible frontier. Explain the two distinct conditions an alternative allocation must satisfy to be considered an improvement for this individual. Furthermore, describe the specific graphical method you would use to identify the complete set of all such improved, feasible allocations.
