Levels of Job Satisfaction Measurement
Job satisfaction can be assessed on two different levels. It can be measured at a global level to determine an employee's overall satisfaction with their work, or it can be measured at the level of specific factors to identify which particular aspects of the job contribute to their feelings of satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
