Multimodal Treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (MTA) Study

- Intensive medication management treatment for ADHD

Participants were referred to the study by health care providers, the media, and the child’s teachers. They were selected through interviews with the parents and children to determine the root of the child’s symptoms

- Treatments weren’t controlled post-study causing us to be unable to conclude that MTA treatments are effective beyond the study period
