- Both ingroup AND outgroup conditions displayed greater productivity than the lean space (but, p-value was only marginally significant)

- No significant effect of condition on individual productivity
- But, significant effect of condition on individual contribution to team's overall productivity (both ingroup and outgroup team participants contributed more to the team than lean space participants)
