Mindfulness Training (MT)

Mindfulness Training is offered delivered as short-term, stand-alone (a one-off 8 week course). Mindfulness based interventions generate medium-sized effects on indicators of psychological health, including anxiety and depressive symptoms, self-esteem, sleep quality, attention and behavior.
