Nonprofit Workplace Organization and Goals
Nonprofit organizations' goals tend to be harder to quantify and are often related to the quality of their products and audience. Workers in nonprofits are typically more intrinsically motivated compared to monetarily motivated for-profit workers. Nonprofits usually delegate more decision-making to employees than other types of organizations and utilize fewer performance-based incentives. These employees are frequently recruited through various social networks. However, the diversity of views within nonprofits might sometimes weaken their organizational skills.
