Perceived Control and Health Behaviors (Bandura, 2004 Study)

According to Albert Bandura, individuals who report higher levels of perceived control are more likely to view their health as controllable. This perception makes them more inclined to actively manage their health and engage in behaviors that promote and maintain good physical health.
