Perceived Enjoyment in Information Technology Systems

Perceived enjoyment is the intrinsic motivation or affective factor that influences the user’s acceptance of the technology. It’s the degree of which the technological service is considered to be enjoyable, making using the technology “worth it” or not. Recent researchers believe that Perceived Enjoyment is the "missing" aspect to the Technology Acceptance Model, and have been proposing this as a new, important, category.
