Political consumerism is when individuals use their buying power in order to support their beliefs. This can be seen by boycotting a company or by buycotting (buying a lot of items from one group as a show of support).

Botivism is a robot/bot that is a virtual activist. The bot(s) are programmed to answer questions, share information, ask for funds, garner attention, and support.

E-funding is when technology is used in order to gain money for the movement. The movement can gain money through online donations, auctions, and selling products.
