Short Answer

Pricing Power in a Crowded Market

Imagine a downtown area with a dozen different food trucks all selling tacos. Each truck's tacos are slightly unique—some are spicier, some use different tortillas, and some have unique toppings. Despite these differences, all trucks sell their tacos for very similar prices. Explain why a single food truck has very limited power to set its price significantly higher than its competitors, even though its product is not identical to theirs.
