P&G's stated Purpose is to provide branded products and services of superior quality and value that improve the lives of the world's consumers, now and for generations to come. P&G states that this Purpose unifies employees in the common cause of improving more consumers' lives in small but meaningful ways each day and inspires P&G people to make positive contributions every day. P&G states that, as a result, consumers will reward the company with leadership sales, profit, and value creation that lets its people, shareholders, and the communities where it operates prosper.
