Short Answer

Reconciling Efficiency and Unfairness

Consider an economic interaction where one party has significantly more bargaining power than another. This leads to an outcome where all resources are used productively (no output is wasted), but the distribution of the benefits is extremely unequal. In your own words, explain how such an outcome can be considered 'efficient' from an economic standpoint, yet simultaneously be considered 'unfair'.
