Self-managing teams help team proactive performance by providing the basis of tasks while giving the members control of that. This process may be related to why team members have more confidence in their tasks.

Self-managing teams are when employees of a team assign tasks without having to be asked to do them. Self-managing teams have more autonomy where all the members can assign their tasks and make their deadlines.
