Secondary Reinforcer
A secondary reinforcer is a stimulus that acquires its reinforcing properties through its association with a primary reinforcer. Unlike primary reinforcers, it has no inherent value, and its effectiveness is learned. Its reinforcing qualities are established only when it is linked to something that satisfies an innate need.

Based on this learned behavior, how is the flashing light functioning in this experiment?
