Short-term Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Interventions in High School Classes

Short-term mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) has been included in a high school class and shown to be effective in stress reduction for adolescents. A licensed school counselor used a mindfulness course textbook as an instructional guide and taught students about mindfulness and instructed students how to practice.
