Solutions of a System of Linear Equations with Three Variables

A solution to a system of three linear equations with three variables consists of the specific values for the variables that make all three equations mathematically true simultaneously. Because there are three variables, these solutions are represented algebraically as ordered triples, (x,y,z)(x, y, z). Geometrically, finding a solution to the system means identifying the coordinates of the points where the planes representing each equation intersect in three-dimensional space.
