67 student and 33 faculty member sample from the University of Bucharest. Data is based on Survey Monkey, focus groups, interviews, and text mining of emails/web comments. An equal amount of students had zero prior knowledge of MOOCs as had participated in them before. Approximately 30% of students had heard of MOOCs but were unsure of the exact meaning of the term. 27% of faculty had taken part in a MOOC previously to some capacity.
