In this section of the Mosibat Nameh, Attar presents an allegory about Caliph Umar to illustrate the profound power of absolute trust in God (tawakkul) and divine preservation. Before departing for Mecca, Umar explicitly entrusts his unborn child to God's care. Upon his return, he discovers that his pregnant wife has passed away. However, guided by a miraculous voice from her grave, he unearths the site to find his newborn child alive and safely nursing from the deceased mother. This story serves to teach that whatever is sincerely entrusted to the Divine is flawlessly protected, demonstrating that God's guardianship transcends natural laws and even death.
